DKI Member TLC Restoration to hold Blood Drive Wood Dale, IL, August 4, 2009 – Disaster Kleenup International, Inc., North America's largest disaster restoration contracting organization, today announced that DKI Member Company, TLC Restoration of Union, NJ is hosting a blood drive that will benefit the New Jersey Blood Center. TLC Restoration has been a leader in property damage restoration in Northern New Jersey since 1996 and has been a Member of DKI since 2002. Since 1973, New Jersey Blood Services has been fulfilling its commitment to the people of New Jersey by supplying blood products and services with quality and compassion. New Jersey Blood Services (NJBS) serves approximately 60 New Jersey hospitals and conducts blood drives on a daily basis in 14 New Jersey counties. In order to collect enough blood for the patients in these hospitals, NJBS needs approximately 120,000 blood donors annually. Missouri Contracting & Cleaning and AAS Cleaning Systems merge to form AAS Restoration Wood Dale, IL, July 6, 2009 – Disaster Kleenup International, Inc., North America's largest disaster restoration contracting organization, today announced that DKI Member Company Missouri Contracting & Cleaning, Inc. and AAS Cleaning Systems, LLC have merged to form AAS Restoration. AAS Cleaning Systems has provided insurance restoration to the Kansas City marketplace since 1982. In an ongoing effort to provide better service to their customers, AAS Restoration has determined that this merger will eliminate any confusion over the services offered by these two companies and, at the same time, will better pool their expertise. They will be operating under the new name--AAS Restoration, Inc. but there will be no change in management, and AAS Restoration will continue to provide the same great services on which they have built their reputation in the restoration and cleaning industry.
